In the previous government, some officials believed in providing teachers, so they emphasized that teachers can be provided from graduates of other universities with a skill course.
The Minister of Education continued: This course has advantages and disadvantages, but I believe that the teacher must first be trained in order to be able to train, and his role is not only to transmit information, but a teacher in any field is a coach and a role model for students, so I believe Teachers must be trained so that they can teach well.
Sahrai said: Farhangian University was established based on the perspective of teacher training, and this is clearly stated in its statutes. Currently, the standards of this university compared to other universities, both in per capita educational spaces and in the ratio of professors to students, require many measures.
He said: When I took over Farhangian University, the ratio of professors to students in this university was 1:111. With the massive recruitment of new professors, this ratio has now reached below 90, and our plan is to further strengthen Farhangian University, which is the most important step in This relationship was carried out by Resolution 879 of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution on May 20 of this year.
The Minister of Education added: According to the resolution of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution, Farhangian University will have a special exam from next year, and the recruitment system for its professors and academic staff will be completely exclusive. It will be seriously transformed according to the missions.
He emphasized: In the 7th development plan, Farhangian University has been given special attention, and according to this plan, 25% will be added annually to its student recruitment in order to meet all the needs of the country in accordance with the output of education.
