24 years is the age requirement for entering Farhangian University/ 1403 entrance exam candidates’ indecision continues – rahnam

According to the social reporter of rahnam News Agency, the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution approved the system of evaluating and accepting students committed to serving the Ministry of Education and was notified by the President.

In a part of this resolution, it is stated: The special exam for Farhangian University is held by the Sanseh organization once a year and independent from the national exam.

For 1403, this exam will be held together with the first round of the national university entrance exam in May and will be delivered in the form of a special booklet for the special teacher training exam in each of the experimental groups.

In the admission of 1403, if the admission capacity is not filled, the stage of completing the capacity will be carried out in accordance with the rules and regulations related to the proposal of the Ministry of Education and with the coordination of the evaluation organization among the candidates of the first round of the national exam of 1403.

The maximum age allowed to register in Farhangian University’s special exam is 24 years old (based on the first day of the month of each academic year) and this condition applies to applicants to Farhangian University in the academic year 1403-1404 and after.

According to rahnam’s report, in a situation where, according to the Supreme Council of Cultural Revolution, the age requirement of 24 years must be applied from the next academic year, the task of registering for the 1403 entrance exam is still unclear because according to the decision of the Administrative Court of Justice, the age requirement of Farhangian University was canceled.

The Supreme Council of Cultural Revolution has also announced the age requirement for the academic year 1403-1404, which does not include applicants for the 1403 entrance exam.

Earlier, in a letter to the Minister of Science, the Minister of Education requested to provide another opportunity for the registration of candidates over 24 years of age in the 1403 entrance exam, which has not been achieved so far.

With this situation, the education system has refused to implement the decision of the Administrative Court of Justice. Article 112 of the Law on Organizations and Procedures of the Court of Administrative Justice states: “If the defendant complains about the execution of the decision, he will be sentenced to temporary dismissal from public service for up to five years and compensation for the damage caused by the decision of the issuing branch.”
