The Ministry of Education considers the reason for the non-implementation of the decision of the Court of Administrative Justice to be the new resolution of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution on determining the age requirement for entering Farhangian University.

He told rahnam about his complaint: Last December, I filed a complaint about the age requirement for entering Farhangian University in the Court of Administrative Justice, and it took 9 months for the complaint file to be examined in the general panel of the court. The general hearing and on August 14 voted to cancel the age requirement for entering Farhangian University, and this vote was communicated to the Ministry of Education.
He added: two weeks after the announcement of the verdict, on August 28, the 1402 entrance exam selection booklet was published, and according to Article 93 of the Law of the Administrative Court of Justice, the party to the complaint must implement it as soon as the decision of the general board of the court is announced, but this issue was not implemented in the 1402 entrance exam. Therefore, 32 volunteers filed a collective complaint in early September and requested the application of Article 92 of the Administrative Court Law.
Article 92 of the Law of the Court of Administrative Justice points out: “If a resolution is revoked in the General Board, it is mandatory to comply with the provisions of the General Board’s decision in subsequent approvals.” If the relevant authorities approve a new resolution contrary to the decision of the general board, the president of the court will raise the issue in the general board out of turn and only with the invitation of the representative of the approving authority.
Gulmohammadi said: Last year in Azar, I went to the Court of Justice’s judgment enforcement branch and checked the case, and all the steps were registered in the case. He had an appeal, but there was no trace of the application of Article 91 in the file, and the expert said, “Probably, the request was rejected by the Administrative Court of Justice, because if it entered the judicial process, there should have been a copy of it in the file.” Also, the Ministry of Education had written many letters about the implementation of the decision to the execution branch.
He continued: When we saw that the decision of the General Board of the Court of Justice was not implemented, a number of volunteers complained again and requested to apply Article 92 of the law, and according to the latest news we heard, the request to apply Article 92 was accepted, and it will probably be reviewed on Tuesday, January 13, 1402. will be.
Regarding the resolution of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution to determine the age requirement for entering the Farhangian University, Gol Mohammadi said: “Unfortunately, there is no way to communicate with the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution and they do not inform about the issues.
