A terrifying sight awaited police officers in the US state of Oklahoma. During the search for two minor girls, they found the bodies of seven people on a property in the town of Henryetta. Among the dead is 39-year-old Jesse McFadden, who was convicted of rape in 2003 and was supposed to be traveling with the girls, according to police.

Among the victims are two originally missing – 14-year-old Ivy Webster and 16-year-old Britanny Brewer. In addition to McFadden, law enforcement found four other bodies. Local authorities did not initially confirm the identity, but 59-year-old Janette May told the AP that it was her 35-year-old daughter, Holly Guess, and grandchildren: 17-year-old Rylee Elizabeth Allen, 15-year-old Michael James May and 13-year-old Tiffany Dore Guess.

When Oklahoma State Highway Patrol reported two missing girls who hadn’t returned home on Monday, May realized they were friends with her youngest granddaughter and spending the weekend with the family. “We’re no longer looking for the girls, we believe we’ve found everything we’ve been looking for. Our hearts go out to the families and friends, classmates and everyone else, it’s just a tragedy in Okmulgee County. We’re just waiting on the medical examiner’s confirmation,” said Sheriff Eddy Rice. Brittan’s father, Nathan Brewer, described his daughter’s death as every parent’s worst nightmare. “I’m really lost. The end of school is coming, she won’t be there. I have five children, but she was like my partner,” the devastated father told the media.
Ashleigh and Justin Webster described their daughter Ivy to the media as a sweet girl who helped friends in need. “I don’t understand how he (McFadden) could pass inspection and get a rental house. He’s a registered sex offender. Every day a school bus drives by his house with loads of kids. And then he kept having other kids there and talking other kids into they used to hang out with him, he just kept harassing kids and it was only because he was released. The freaks need to stay in jail,” added the father of one of the victims, Justin Webster.
