The group of students who prepared a pre-election debate with the presidential candidates last year embarked on another project. Already on Wednesday morning, it will broadcast a discussion live, the guests of which will be President Petr Pavel and his wife Eva. “When we looked at history, we never saw something like this with any previous presidential couple in our country,” points out one of the students.
The uniqueness of the entire project lies not only in the fact that the presidential couple is participating in it, but also in the fact that the talk will be broadcast live to a number of schools in the Czech Republic.
This is also why this project has the subtitle From students for students. Anyone can watch the discussion on the website Zavolime.cz, or those interested can view the recording.
At the end of last year, Aktuálně.cz also reported on the student debate of the presidential candidates, in which young people also participated completely, including the fact that they technically prepared its broadcast.
This part is in charge of the students of the Smíchov secondary technical school and gymnasium, on whose grounds these events also take place. The specific location is the modern coworking center Next Zone, which the students created by converting old disused workshops and changing rooms.
