Exclusive/ The Administrative Court of Justice invalidated a decree appointing the president + image of the decision to revoke the decree – rahnam

According to the social reporter of rahnam news agency, the 45th first instance branch of the Court of Administrative Justice annulled the decision of the appointment of the president during the hearing of the complaint of a natural person.

Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi had issued this order in September of this year for the appointment of Ali Fathi Ashtiani as the head of the Psychological and Counseling Organization of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The subject of the complaint was the annulment of the elections of the Central Council and the Board of Inspectors of the Psychological and Counseling Organization, which were held on August 27 of this year.

In a part of this document, Branch 45 of the Court of Administrative Justice states; “…therefore, this branch of the court, based on the aforementioned reasons and based on all the mentioned aspects, entered the complaint and, based on articles 1, 10 and 89 of the law, decided to enter the complaint regarding the annulment of the bylaws that are the subject of the complaint and subsequent amendments. Since the approval and annulment of the works and the resulting results, including the results of the election of the Central Council and the Board of Inspectors of the Organization of Psychological and Counseling Organization dated 27/5/1402, as well as the decree appointing Mr. Ali Fathi Ashtiani as the head of the Organization of Psychological and Counseling Organization of the Islamic Republic of Iran No. 105082 dated 6/14/1402 issued and announced…”.
